The Associate Trainer will have a keen desire to nurture and grow the next generation of software professionals. You will be joining the business with either a couple of years of software experience wanting to move into a training role or you will be an experienced teacher with a basic to good understanding of software engineering, passionate to learn more.

Day to day:
- Delivering workshops and training sessions both in person and virtually to our academy of Graduates and Apprentices.
- Shadowing our experienced trainers with external training events.
- Researching and tinkering with new technologies to build a better understanding and to create content for workshops and training sessions.
- Market research to understand current trends and demands within the technology space.
- Assisting with training enquiries, bookings and general administration.
Need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience within the software industry.
- Good understanding of multiple programming languages.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and frameworks.
- Confidence, happy to deliver technical subjects in-person and virtually to a classroom of students.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Nice to have:
- Completed a degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Experienced delivering technical training within a classroom environment.
- Evidence of personal software projects / hobbies
- Evidence of contribution to external communities promoting technical education or playing an active role in coding clubs etc.
